As a general rule, the new install of a vanity, sink or toilet will cost from $1100 + GST. This will include pre-piping, water & waste and the install of the fixture & tapware.

The replacement of a vanity, sink or toilet will cost from $950 + GST. This will include disconnection of the old fixture, re-piping for the new fixture and installation of the new fixture and tapware.

The replacement of a mains pressure hot water cylinder will cost from $2500 +GST. This will include the disconnection and removal from site of the old cylinder, installation of the new cylinder, seismic restraint, installation of pipework and associated valves, tpr and cold expansion drains, testing and commission.

NB: this does not include electrical work
